YOUR FINANCIAL AID AWARDS MAY CHANGE

Visit the Office of Financial Aid Website for information on Policies and Procedures you need to know:
Disbursements, Refunds, Repayments, and Balance of Aid
Financial Aid and Student Account
Awards and Funds.

The Office of Financial Aid reserves the right and is sometimes required to adjust or cancel awards.

Maintain Eligibility:
Dropping classes or withdrawing from the University may impact your future financial aid eligibility, including Lottery Scholarship.
Seek advice from a financial aid counselor before dropping or withdrawing from classes.

Office of Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy:
Students must earn a satisfactory grade in at least 67% of the total credit hours attempted fall and spring.

Beginning July 1, 2011 students may only receive federal financial aid funding for one repeat of a previously passed course.

February 9 Office of Financial Aid will adjust aid based on your registered hours. Financial Aid does not pay for audit classes.

Please keep in mind if your attendance is not verified that it could affect your financial aid eligibility, funds could be cancelled, and you could owe the university. Class attendance and the reporting of class attendance is a very important matter. If you would like to verify your Attendance Reporting log into GoldLink, click on Student, Student Records then Attendance Reporting.
